Remember that while you can get multiple free after RR bottles of shampoo or conditioner (do multiple transactions, only one RR will print per transaction) you can only get the rebate on one shampoo or conditioner.

Kroger Weekly Ad 7/22-7/28

Kroger is running the same 10 item Mega Event again this week. Buy 10 participating items and get $5 off at checkout. It's like taking $0.50 off of each item. There is no limit on how many rewards you can get. You can mix and match the items, you do not have to buy 10 of every item.

Don't forget to load your Kroger card with Cellfire, Shortcuts, and P&G e-coupons before going shopping. These can be stacked with paper coupons for extra savings. If you are not familiar with e-coupons, Southern Savers has a great explanation of how these work.

If you are in the Central Arkansas area, Kroger doubles coupons up to $0.60. I think most Krogers double at least up to $0.50. I usually look at the Kroger list over at Southern Savers each week, but with regional differences it is not always the same. It's a good place to start because Jenny will have some things listed that are not in our ad. It is just hit or miss whether or not our store has the same sale.

Until I have time (new baby!) to actually search our Kroger for deals, I will just refer you over to Southern Savers. I will let you know each week when I go shopping if I find any different deals or ones that she has listed that do not work in our area. If you find a good deal not listed please leave a comment so we can all get in on it!

Free Chocolate from Mars!

Don't forget to sign up for free chocolate from Mars. It's part of their Real Chocolate Relief Act. Every Friday through September Mars will be giving away 250,000 coupons for a free chocolate bar. Kroger GDA: Propel Water Moneymaker

If you are heading out to Kroger, look for Propel waters because they end up being free plus overage.


Here's how:

Propel Waters are part of the Mega Saver this week, that means if you buy 10 participating items you get $5 off instantly. They are on sale for $1 each this week. Look for hangtags on the bottle for $0.55 off. The coupon will be doubled which will make them free, then $0.50 each will come off if you buy 10 participating items. Keep in mind that Kroger only doubles up to eight like coupons, so you could only buy 8 propels and the coupon double. You could either pick up a couple other participating items or pay $0.45 each for 2 Propels. Your transaction would look like this if you buy 10 Propels:

Buy 10 Propels $10
Less $8 when you use 8 $0.55 hangtags doubled to $1
Less $1.10 when you use 2 $0.55 hangtags
Less $5 instantly for buying 10 participating items
$4.10 moneymaker

Kroger will not hand over $4.10, so you will have to have other items to take up the overage. That just means that you can get $4.10 worth of free groceries!

Go and print these BIC coupons to match up with all the school supply sales that are coming out.

If you have already printed them, you may want to try again. Mercedes says that they have been reset, but when I tried to print them it told me that my print limit has been reached.

Harps: Great Deal on Land O' Frost Lunchmeat and ad deals 7/15-7/28

Just wanted to let you know about a great deal available at Harp's through July 28. They have Land O' Frost Bistro Style lunchmeats on sale for $1.79 when you use your Harp's card. There were $1/1 coupons in the 6/28 RP. That makes them $0.79 each! These are regularly $3.54 each.

Here is what my transaction looked like:
6 Land O' Frost Bistro Style Lunchmeat $20.70
Less Harp's card discount $9.96
Used 6 $1/1 from 6/28 RP $6.00
Subtotal $4.74
Tax $0.54
Total $5.28 for 6!

If you don't have the $1/1 coupons you can still get a good deal because there are Save $0.45 Now peelies on each package. Harp's doubles coupons up to $0.50 so they would only be $0.89 each!
